Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive all prescribed medications.
• File written prescription forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and reports.
• Help customers find over-the-counter items.
• Maintain understanding of pharmacy scheduling system (MPP).
• Assist in data entry of MPP information and attendance logs.
• Adhere to Pharmacy Standard Practice Manual and policies.
