Job summary

Concordia at Cabot is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy team. Work alongside our pharmacists and pharmacy staff to prepare medications our residents and patients depend on — all while building your skills and supporting meaningful care.

This role features daylight hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and a rotating Saturday shift, competitive wages, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board-approved training program, CPhT certification, or Pharmacy Technician Trainee Registration — required.
• Comfort using basic computer systems.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications for dispensing by filling new and refill medication orders.
• Prepare compounded pharmaceutical products according to the computer-generated and/or pharmacist approved formulation record including proper labeling and expiration dating.
• Maintain inventory control, which includes maintaining stock of medications, monitoring expiration dates, and ordering replacements.
• Enter inventory data into the computer system.
• Reconciles orders upon receipt and puts stock away.
• Assist with the handling of returns per company policy.
• Clean workspace and equipment according to prescribed methods.
