Required: High school diploma or GED; AR State Board of Pharmacy tech certification; a recommended Associate Degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate Degree recommended.
• Entry-level experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares medication and IVs, fills orders, and assists with medication delivery.
• Processes orders safely and communicates issues to pharmacists.
• Performs aseptic and non-sterile procedures as needed.
• Maintains organized drug storage and documents lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
