Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group family, seeks a Part Time Pharmacy Technician/Driver in Plymouth, NH to support mental health and specialty pharmacy operations under supervision of a registered pharmacist.

The role focuses on dispensing prescriptions, clerical duties, and strong customer service. 32 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm EST, on-site at 101 Boulder Point Dr, Plymouth, NH. NH license required or obtainable within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in New Hampshire or ability to obtain within 14 days of offer date and prior to start date.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
• Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
• Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records.
• Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
• Performs various clerical duties relating to the department.
• Communicates with strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
