Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists by counting/pouring medications, labeling, and pricing prescriptions.
• Ensure customers receive all their prescriptions.
• File written prescription forms after dispensing.
• Prepare and complete manual insurance claim forms.
• Maintain organized filing system for invoices and reports per standards.
• Assist customers in finding over-the-counter items.
• Maintain understanding of pharmacy scheduling system and data entry where needed.
• Maintain attendance and vacation logs; adhere to SOPs.
• Order, stock, maintain, and return pharmacy inventory.
• Assist in processing outdates and credits; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare pharmaceutical products for inventory; keep area clean.
• Observe Pharmacy Manual; maintain neat appearance and safety.
• Follow safety standards; communicate needed repairs; keep area debris-free.
• Treat co-workers with fairness and respect; support team goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
