Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team in a part-time role. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to help deliver exceptional care to patients, support safety and regulatory compliance, and assist with pharmacy operations.

This position emphasizes patient service, teamwork, and practical training in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting, with opportunities to grow in a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0–3 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe.
• Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and maintain a safe Retail Pharmacy environment.
• Support pharmacy professional practice and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with inventory and workflow management.
• Provide customer service and health care information to patients.
