Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Brick Township, NJ invites applications for a third-year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team under licensed pharmacist supervision. You will contribute to safe, efficient retail pharmacy operations, patient care programs, and immunization initiatives where allowed by regulations.

Responsibilities include patient safety, regulatory compliance, inventory and workflow management, strong customer service, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Enrolled or accepted in ACPE-accredited college/school of pharmacy.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Actively pursuing valid intern/licensure as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframes.
• Ability to attend weekends and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Heart: show empathy for patients, caregivers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver outcomes.
• Support patient safety, regulatory requirements and quality assurance.
• Assist with inventory and workflow management, excluding final prescription verification.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.
