Job summary

UPMC Rx Partners in Seneca, PA is seeking a part-time Patient Delivery Representative to join the dedicated team. You will coordinate and deliver products in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner while assisting the pharmacist with technical and clerical duties.

The role focuses on safe, compliant delivery of pharmaceuticals and supplies, maintaining confidentiality, logging daily activities, and supporting a collaborative pharmacy team to ensure high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and deliver products in an accurate, courteous, and timely manner.
• Assist the pharmacist with technical and clerical duties.
• Observe all company safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment in a timely, safe and accountable manner.
• Obtain patients signatures on specific forms and complete daily logs.
• Organize and file pharmacy documentation as required.
• Assist in preparing packing lists and delivery tickets.
• Cooperate with staff to ensure efficient deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain assigned vehicle in clean and orderly condition and report issues.
