You will support the Pharmacy Manager, lead Pharmacy Support Staff, and oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance to ensure excellent patient care. The role emphasizes profitability, loss prevention, and efficient workflow in a community pharmacy setting.

Minimum qualifications include an active Ohio pharmacy license, immunization certification, and a Pharm.D. or B.S.

Formación

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsabilidades

• Support Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage inventory, workflow, and operational aspects of the pharmacy.
• Contribute to profitability and loss prevention.
• Lead with empathy and develop staff to improve patient care.

Educación

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D.
