Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a part-time Pharmacist to join our Hospital at Home team at Baptist South. The role includes autonomous clinical duties across orders, dispensing, and pharmacist supervision.

Candidate must hold a Florida Pharmacist license with in-patient hospital experience; PGY1 residency preferred. Schedule features four 10-hour shifts, one 8-hour shift, and one weekend per month.

Qualificações

• Registered Pharmacist license required in Florida
• In-patient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• PGY1 residency preferred

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders with accuracy
• Check technician work prior to release of medications
• Supervise technicians and serve on committees
• Answer questions for health care professionals
• Consult with medical staff on medications and regimens
• Monitor patient therapy and pharmacokinetics services
