Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Excellent Planning and Organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
• Self-motivated with Strong Initiative to achieve high standards/results.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Administer immunizations following Kroger procedures.
• Dispense medications per prescriptions and relevant laws.
• Compound medications using standard formulas and processes.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and required ingredients.
• Verify new medication against patient profile for interactions.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Interns for accuracy.
• Support promotions and manage recalls per protocol.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
