Qualifications

• RPH or Pharm D active Utah certification required.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week.
• Exemplary verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with dispensing software.
• Experience with employee management and workflow management.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus.
• CPR certification current.
• Current immunization records current.
• Eligible to bill Medicaid and Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Pharmacy staff and pharmacy permits; ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal laws.
• Take responsibility for accurate dispensing and CQI in pharmaceutical operations.
• Handle transfer of prescriptions, physician calls, data logging, and drug utilization review.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Supervisor to implement policy changes and QA updates.
• Work on Saturday clinics on a rotating basis and be available when the pharmacy is open.
