Job summary

CVS Health Store Staff Pharmacist position seeks an experienced pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations with compassionate patient care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee team performance, and uphold safety and compliance in dispensing and immunizations.

The role requires an active pharmacist license in the store's state, an active NPI, and no DEA exclusions. Part-time hours include evenings and weekends with opportunities for patient-focused service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and coach the pharmacy team.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures.
• Provide immunizations and counseling to patients.
• Maintain inventory control, including cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and act as proxy during shifts when needed.
