Kennelwood Village Inc is hiring a Full-time Pet Care Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO. This role is the first point of contact for clients, handling bookings, check-ins, and inquiries across boarding, training, grooming, and daycamp services.

Responsibilities include taking reservations, maintaining records, processing payments, and ensuring a pet-friendly lobby. A passion for animals and flexible weekend scheduling are valued; relevant experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Ability to walk dogs of all sizes on leashes.
• Comfortable working around pet hair and dander.
• A passion for animals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• No experience necessary!

As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide quality and efficient customer service to each and every client. As the first point of contact for most of our services, you play an essential role in establishing trust with our current and future clients.
