Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a driver or in a transportation role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills with safety and punctuality focus.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with team members.
• Ability to follow set schedules and maintain organization.
• Positive, respectful demeanor toward all team members.
• Able to lift and assist with loading/unloading light items.
• Able to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Willing to work split shifts (early morning and end of day).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Amish team members to and from their homes and the store.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrivals and returns.
• Communicate schedules and delays with the operations team.
• Inspect vehicle daily and maintain cleanliness.
• Report maintenance needs promptly to the Operations Manager.
• Provide friendly, respectful service and keep transportation records.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and laws.
