Qualifications

• National certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) required; degree in Exercise Science or related field strongly preferred.
• Strong personal training and fitness instruction skills, including assessing fitness levels and designing individualized programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized fitness assessments and design customized training programs.
• Lead safe and effective one-on-one sessions at homes, offices, or designated training spaces.
• Demonstrate exercises, monitor progress, adjust programs as needed, and educate on technique and injury prevention.
• Provide basic nutrition guidance within scope of practice.
• Support corporate wellness initiatives and maintain accurate session records.
