YouFit Gyms is seeking a Certified Trainer to help clients reach health and fitness goals in a dynamic gym environment. The role starts part-time with potential to expand to full-time based on client load and performance.

You will deliver personalized programs, run training sessions, perform fitness assessments, and contribute to sales KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service and a positive culture.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• NCCA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise-Science related degree.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Effective English communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized fitness programs and client support.
• Lead engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments for prospective clients.
• Support sales KPIs and achieve session goals monthly.
• Maintain a positive environment for members and staff.
