Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience supporting persons with disabilities and/or behaviorally challenged.
• Experience in behavior management and crisis intervention is a plus.
• Certified Nursing Assistant qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in planning daily/weekly schedules.
• Encourage and support individuals' self-advocacy.
• Transport individuals safely to various activities.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook 365

Ability to maintain a good driving record

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
