Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador in our Auburn Hills store. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling, keep the merchandise organized, and help create an inviting shopping environment.

You will use product knowledge to make recommendations, support omnichannel shopping with available tools, and collaborate with the team to meet daily goals. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused experience preferred to deliver personalized styling and service.
• Hospitality mindset to engage with customers and build rapport.
• Ability to offer styling recommendations and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
• Comfort operating a POS system and using tech to assist shoppers.
