Responsibilities

• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Welcomes customers in the branch lobby and guides them to digital/self-serve options.
• Lead client conversations about banking services and provide guidance on channels and investments.
• Meets transaction-based needs with accurate, seamless execution.
• Reviews profiles and engages customers to identify opportunities for everyday banking and credit cards.
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes.
• Shows initiative to personalize each customer’s experience.
