• Research accounts for discrepancies.
• Take loan applications and close loans.
• Verify identifications and balances.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balancing.
• Promote a positive member experience per policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
