JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker for the Lincoln Downtown Branch. You will deliver welcoming, attentive service, help clients with accounts, and promote banking solutions using Chase Mobile App and other self-service tools.

You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on products, and support branch operations while adhering to Bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions in coordination with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
