You will work within the branch and with partners to drive the customer experience and branch objectives. The position involves welcoming customers, advising on digital options, and conducting needs-based conversations to address credit card and everyday banking

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification in related field desirable
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (within 12 months)
• Experience with social media, tablets, and online applications
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers entering the branch, offering advice on banking options and digital channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide guidance to meet everyday banking and credit card goals.
• Collaborate with branch and partners to grow customer relationships and referrals.
• Conduct customer conversations that balance service and sales opportunities.
• Support branch operations, risk/compliance processes, and customer applications follow-up.
