Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good organizational and teamwork skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities in a customer service context

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships
• Welcomes customers in the branch and guides them to digital/self-serve options for easy banking
• As a lobby leader, discusses banking services and provides personal banking and investment guidance
• Meets customer transaction needs with seamless execution and identifies opportunities during conversations
• Assists with risk and compliance processes to protect customer assets and privacy
• Supports branch operations, including inventory, filing, and follow-up on applications
• May work across multiple branches or channels based on market needs and shifts
