Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification; education/experience combination acceptable.
• Proficient with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• Knowledge of personal banking and banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong focus on delivering a personal customer experience and results.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good organization and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
