Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about bank products and services and refer to the right team.
• Open consumer and commercial deposit accounts and assist with loan applications.
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check handling; balance cash drawers.
• Maintain knowledge of branch operations, comply with BSA/AML/OFAC, and report suspicious activity.
• Support daily branch activities and participate in ongoing training and development.
