Job summary

Atrium Health Stanly in Albemarle, NC is hiring a Part-time Registered Nurse for the Operating Room (24 hours/week). Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with weekend/holiday call. Pay range listed: $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

The role focuses on delivering safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care and coordinating patient care across the perioperative continuum with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have completion of an accredited nursing program, NC RN license, BLS, and ideally 1 year OR

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of operating room experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Lead in maintaining a safe patient environment and effective teamwork in the OR.
