Job summary

Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center Operating Room is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join a premier surgical team in Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate patient care, perform nursing duties in the operating room, and contribute to safe, high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification. OR experience is preferred, with a sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in the OR using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure safety and a positive patient experience across the continuum.
