Job summary

Suncoast Center, Inc. seeks a part-time role in St. Petersburg to provide recovery-focused clinical services within the FACT Team Program. The position emphasizes documentation, collaboration with multi-disciplinary staff, and support for clients with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities include housing support, access to medical and dental services, and enabling personal growth while maintaining clinical records and treatment plans. Must meet licensure and background checks as required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED Certificate required.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend oral instructions.
• Must be willing to use or learn computer software.
• Must have personal attributes suited to working in a team environment with persons with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Completes documentation correctly in the required time frame including progress notes and treatment plan.
• Provides direct clinical services using recovery-oriented intervention strategies.
• Participates in daily staff meetings and treatment planning reviews; discusses cases in staffings.
• Provides FACT services including housing, medical and dental services, financial support and daily living skills.
• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support clients and meet treatment goals.
• Coordinates with clients' family members and other FACT staff to ensure needs are met.
• Meets with team leader for supervision and discusses cases to maintain excellence.
• Accomplishes individual goals.
