Job summary

The Arc of Chester County is seeking a Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist for a part-time role in Pennsylvania. You will provide direct therapy to children, collaborate with families and the IFSP/IEP team, and help implement individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with PA licensure eligibility; CCC from ASHA is preferred. Experience with pediatric development and assistive communication methods is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with PA licensure eligibility.
• Knowledge of pediatric speech-language development and feeding/assistive technology is preferred.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children on assigned caseload.
• Collaborate with IFSP/IEP team and families to implement goals and treatment plans.
• Develop and document evaluation results, goals, and progress toward IEP/IFSP outcomes.
• Train families and caregivers in communication strategies and routines-based interventions.
