Job summary

Family Solutions – Practice Management Solutions in Lafayette, LA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Behavioral Developmental Services ABA clinic. This Part-Time / PRN role focuses on pediatric evaluations and therapy for children with autism and developmental/communication disorders.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and families, implement evidence-based plans, maintain thorough documentation in the EHR, and manage an assigned caseload while supporting families in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Louisiana SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; CPR within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with pediatric SLP and autism spectrum disorder preferred.
• Capability to document evaluations and treatment plans thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language evaluations and therapy to children.
• Develop measurable treatment goals and individualized plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, families, and clinicians.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Educate families on communication strategies and home activities.
• Maintain patient caseload and participate in team planning.
