Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and state licensure.
• 1–3+ years of clinician experience in early intervention with developmental delays.
• Credentialed with TRICARE preferred.
• Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals.
• Industry benchmarked, competitive pay based on experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment in play-based settings and telehealth/in-person therapy.
• Build rapport with families and provide parent education to increase carryover.
• Record objective data and reflect client progress in daily SOAP notes; perform evaluations as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals.
• Manage caseload efficiently.
