Job summary

Child Guidance Resource Centers (CGRC) seeks a part-time Psychiatrist to join its Psychiatry team in Havertown and South Philadelphia locations. The physician will lead medical and psychiatric care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management, with a focus on children and adolescents.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and telehealth delivery when suitable.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Pennsylvania state license to practice medicine; DEA registration for controlled substances.
• Board-certified or eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
• 3–5 years of pediatric psychiatry experience preferred.
• Flexible hours and ability to work with diverse clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Determine psychiatric diagnoses for clients.
• Complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and adjust treatment recommendations and care plans.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide clinical leadership.
• Document care in the EHR and utilize telehealth when appropriate.
