Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to support K-6 students in the greater Cleveland area. The role offers a consistent one-day-per-week schedule across the full academic year from August 24 through May 31.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in school settings, home health, or broader healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy, especially grades K-6.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, parents, and other allied professionals.
• Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and direct services for K-6 students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational and developmental goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student participation and performance in school activities.
• Monitor and report on progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student success.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines.
