Job summary

Arkansas Children's is seeking a HealthySteps Specialist to join the pediatric primary care team at the Arkansas Children's Care Network clinic in Rogers. In this part-time role (20 hours per week) you will provide early childhood interventions, referrals, and follow-up for families with 0–3 year old patients, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral health.

Master's degree required; LMSW or LAC certification preferred with one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year related work experience required.
• One of the following certifications is required: LMSW or LAC.

Responsibilities

• Promotes integrated behavioral health and evidence-based pediatric intervention within the primary care practice to families and providers: Conducts team-based well-child visits before, during, or following the primary care provider visits; focuses on monitoring development, social-emotional functioning, and relational health; provides anticipatory guidance; conducts short-term consultations for development/behavioral concerns; maintains a child development support line and responds to/tracks requests.
