Job summary

Arkansas Children's Hospital seeks a HealthySteps Specialist to join the pediatric primary care team in the Arkansas Children’s Care Network. This part-time role focuses on families with children aged 0-3, providing early intervention, referrals, and care coordination within a clinic setting.

Requires a Master’s degree and at least 1 year of related experience; LMSW or LAC certification preferred. The position is located at Harvey Clinic in Rogers, with day shifts and a 20-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Promotes integrated behavioral health and evidence-based pediatric intervention within the primary care practice.
• Coordinates medical, specialty, and community referrals and tracks follow-up.
• Partners to implement the HealthySteps model in the Primary Care practice and attends all related trainings; ensures scheduling and CQI initiatives.
• Maintains all data and records required to meet metrics including referrals and documentation in the electronic medical record.
