42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist for a part-time position in the Boston area. The role offers a daily rate with uncapped earning potential tied to collections, includes integrated orthodontics and periodontics, and supports a flexible schedule based on provider availability.

The practice is a multi-specialty office focusing on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with a patient-first philosophy, modern equipment, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain up-to-date patient medical and dental records.
• Review radiographs and monitor dental development.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
