Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a pediatric dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA, just outside Boston. The role offers a part-time schedule with flexible days and uncapped earning potential via a per-diem rate tied to collections.

We provide an environment focused on exceptional patient care within a multi-specialty practice. Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing and treating pediatric patients, creating treatment plans, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patients’ dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and monitor tooth/jaw development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics; stay updated with new practices.
