Masonboro Kids Dentistry in Wilmington, NC is seeking a pediatric dentist who wants more than an associate role. This part-time opportunity (≈2.5 days/week) offers a clear path to transition into full-time and potential future partnership or ownership.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and NC license or eligibility.
• Experience with pediatric dentistry or a strong interest in children’s care.
• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care and preventative services.
• Perform restorative dentistry within scope of practice.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients and parents.
• Collaborate with an efficient office team to optimize patient flow.
• Grow with the practice towards future partnership or ownership.
