Pediatric Dental Center of Avon in Avon, CT is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (Part-Time) to join our team. You will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans in a child-friendly setting.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.
Current, valid dental license in the applicable state.
Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assess children's oral health and development.
Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide preventive care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Perform restorative procedures to treat cavities and other dental conditions.
Monitor dental development and identify orthodontic or other concerns.
Educate children and families on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental assistants and clinical team to provide high-quality care.
