42North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a pediatric dentist to join our multi-specialty practice on a part-time basis. The role offers per diem compensation with uncapped earnings based on collections and is designed for a long-term career track within a collaborative team.

The practice provides integrated orthodontics and periodontics, state-of-the-art equipment, and flexible days to fit provider availability.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests. Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
