Wellesley Dental Group, part of 42 North Dental, seeks a Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Wellesley, MA on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes exceptional patient care, collaboration with a multi-specialty practice, and a pathway for long-term growth.

The practice offers integrated orthodontics and periodontics, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team environment, with opportunities to work part-time or expand hours based on availability.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records and medical history.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care of the highest standard.
• Maintain professional ethics and responsibilities in the dental office.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
