42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA, seeks a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice at 5 Seaward Rd, Wellesley. The role offers a per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earnings via collections, plus integrated orthodontics and a supportive team.

The position focuses on preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry for children, with flexible days and potential for future full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review, interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain highest standard of care and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments, technologies, and best practices.
