Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a pediatric dentist to join the Wellesley Dental Group in Wellesley, MA on a part-time basis. The role offers a per diem of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, in a full-service dental office focused on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care.

Join a supportive, collaborative team with opportunities for growth, and a practice located about 15 miles from Downtown Boston. Flexible days depend on provider availability.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office.
• Keep abreast of new developments and ongoing education.
