Job summary

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician in Riverview, FL. You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and coordination with families, with opportunities to transition to full-time as clinic needs grow.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children as per individualized plans.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect, document, and maintain therapy session data.
• Communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization across environments.
• Support achievement of treatment goals with compassionate sessions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
