FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates for our pawn stores nationwide. Earn commission on transactions in addition to hourly pay, with an Earned Wage Access option and employee discounts from day one.
Flexible schedules, 401k after six months, and a strong focus on customer service drive this role. As a Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate, you will greet customers, process sales and loans, maintain displays, and work with various merchandise
Qualificações
- Minimum Age: 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Cash handling experience is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
- Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
- Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
- Handles cash and negotiable items per policies and procedures.
- Communicates with customers and coworkers effectively to ensure a positive experience.
