Job summary

Cash America Pawn is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate. The role pays $12.95–$15.95 per hour plus commission on transactions, with potential to earn extra per hour from performance-based incentives.

As a Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help customers with loans and sales, greet shoppers, and maintain merchandise displays across tools, electronics, and more. Prioritizes teamwork and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Professional customer service and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions and process cash handling.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked and properly displayed.
• Assist customers and answer inquiries; resolve problems.
• Work with staff to create a positive customer experience.
