Job description

Part-Time Patrol Security Officer - $17/hr

Sunstates Security is currently hiring part-time Security Officers, for weekends ONLY, in the Huntsville, AL area. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $17.00/hr with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends
• Capable to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk up to 45 minutes consistently
• Truck gate experience is preferred
• AL security license is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills
• CPR certification is preferred
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Ensure the security of the area, including outside premises
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.)
• Check in visitors, ensure policies are followed, foot patrols, access control
• Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Security Officers may perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs. They must read, understand, and act efficiently according to these directives.
