Sunstates Security is currently hiring part-time Security Officers, for weekends ONLY, in the Huntsville, AL area. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $17.00/hr - with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends
• Must be capable to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk up to 45 minutes consistently
• Truck gate experience is preferred
• AL security license is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills
• CPR certification is preferred
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Ensure the security of the area, including outside premises
• Ensure rules and regulations are followed
• Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.)
• Checking in visitors, ensuring policies are followed, foot patrols, access control
• Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment
• Other duties as assigned by management

A Security Officer may perform various duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and act quickly and efficiently according to these directives.
