Sunstates Security is currently hiring part-time Security Officers, for weekends ONLY, in the Huntsville, AL area. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $17.00/hr with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk up to 45 minutes consistently
• Truck gate experience is preferred
• AL security license is preferred
• Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills
• CPR certification is preferred
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the security of the area, including outside premises
• Following rules and regulations
• Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.)
• Checking in visitors, enforcing policies, foot patrols, access control
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and equipment
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Security Officers perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs, requiring knowledge and quick, efficient actions according to directives.

Education Requirements

TN Security License
